Searchlight Family Therapy is a growing private practice located in Middleburg Heights, Ohio.  As owner and clinical director, my mission is to create sustainable positions for mental health professionals in an environment that prioritizes clinician care.  I believe that if I take care of my staff, my staff will take care of our clients.

Ideal candidate must be licensed as an MFT (free individual and group supervision available), IMFT, LPCC, or LISW and will provide in-person and virtual services.  Please see below for all qualifications:

• Master's degree in appropriate field

• Licensed as MFT, IMFT, LPCC, LISW, or similar

• Evening and/or weekend availability greatly preferred

• Must see clients in-person and virtually

• Excellent diagnosis and treatment skills

• EMDR-Trained clinicians preferred

• Existing credentialing with private insurance companies preferred

• Completed CAQH profile preferred
  
  Job Types:  All positions are for independent contractor (1099)
  
  Scheduling Options: Weekdays, Weekends, Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings

    Pay Structure:  55% to 60% of all billing; Bonus incentives available!

    Annual Income Estimate: 30k - 70k
