Out-of-Network Benefits
Some insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits and will reimburse you if you see a provider who is outside of their network. You can request a Superbill following your appointment, which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Income-Based Sliding Fee Scale
We are pleased to offer our clients a sliding fee scale. To be eligible, your total annual household income must be $65,000 or less and you may not use your sliding fee offer in combination with an insurance plan or any other offer. You will be asked to submit proof of income for the amount reported.​
