This Refund & Return Policy applies only to physical merchandise purchased through our online shop.
It does not apply to professional mental health services, therapy sessions, or clinical services, which are governed by separate practice policies and agreements.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. That said, we absolutely stand behind the quality of our products.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
