Shop Refund & Return Policy

Important Note:
This Refund & Return Policy applies only to physical merchandise purchased through our online shop.
It does not apply to professional mental health services, therapy sessions, or clinical services, which are governed by separate practice policies and agreements.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. That said, we absolutely stand behind the quality of our products.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you, depending on the situation.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
