In her own words:

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who offers a supportive, affirming space to talk things through, make sense of emotions, and develop coping strategies that feel realistic and sustainable. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults navigating concerns related to aging, identity, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions. I’m especially passionate about working with LGBTQ+ individuals and neurodivergent adults. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, and our work becomes a place to slow down and feel less alone.

I work with clients using a warm, collaborative approach grounded in DBT and feminist-informed care. I help clients build emotional regulation and coping skills while exploring identity, relationships, and life transitions. I value authenticity, autonomy, and bringing creativity and humor into sessions when it fits you.

If you’re feeling unsure about starting therapy, that’s okay, you don’t need a perfect reason or clear goals to begin. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can take things at your pace and focus on what actually feels helpful for you.
