In her own words:

All of us have experienced challenging times in our lives. It’s natural to want to seek out help for those times. My unique training has equipped me to work with children, adults, couples, and families. Although I cannot “fix” the issues at hand, we can work together to figure out what is already working for you and build upon those skills and tools. I believe that you have already started to put in the work to create change the moment you sought out therapy.

If you or someone in your family is struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties or life transitions, you’ve come to a supportive place. My approach to therapy is to work side-by-side with you to instill hope and create change and acceptance.

I use conversational language during sessions and want our time together to feel authentic.  I am currently welcoming new clients, and offer both virtual and in-person sessions.  Please reach out with any questions, and let me know if you would like to start transforming with me.
